Here are some frequently asked questions:

Cancellation Policy:

Standard reservations must be cancelled by 6PM EST at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one-room night penalty fee.
Suite reservations must be cancelled by 6PM EST 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one-room night penalty fee.

Deposit Policy: (does not apply for standard and deluxe alcoves)

Suite reservations require a one-night room + tax deposit at time of booking, subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Guarantee Policy:

All reservations require a credit card guarantee.

Terms and conditions:

Flexible 24-hour Check-in / Check-out preference
Parking: US $25.00 per 24 hours for cars, in/out option permitted
Daily credits do not accumulate for next day
Unused credits are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, nor valid for future stays
Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and are valid for single or double occupancy only
Room rates are subject to 15% VAT and 2% City Occupancy Surcharge per room per night
Room availability and rate may be subject to change if any modification is made towards existing reservation
In case of any dispute, the property reserves the right to make final decision
Children under 18 may not stay without an accompanying adult
No extra beds available under any circumstance
Maximum Occupancy per room is two adults
Parties in Suites not permitted under any circumstance
Rates subject to change at any time
Pets not allowed under any circumstance. However, Property has an exclusive agreement with a deluxe Pet Hostel outside the city in which arrangements can be made. Information given on request basis. Reservations are necessary at least 30 days in advance, depending on season
No children under 24 months allowed
